The datamodel registry

Datamodels

A datamodel is a standard kind of data — a task, a contact, an event — with fields every quill agrees on. A contact is a contact whichever quill made it, so one quill's data is the next one's, and a quill that goes leaves every record behind.

Foundational

The ones Cloudmorrow keeps, by domain, each on a shelf: every domain we know well enough to get right. You choose the domains when you install. The more quills share a shape, the easier it is to change the software and keep the data. Under each, the quills that use it.

What quills add

The special things one quill wants: fields under its own name, like fleet.odometer on a vehicle, or a datamodel of its own. Those are on the quill's page in the Quill Catalog, not here.

Open every datamodel

Indexed fields are kept plain, so your cloud can sort and filter by them. Encrypted fields are encrypted before they reach the disk.
